My favorite kind of party to go to as a child was a slumber party. You'd pack up your overnight bag, kiss your mom goodbye at the door, and spend the next 12-16 hours eating, squealing and sleeping (repeatedly).
It was a great time to bond with my friends, as well as gain (a little) independence from my parents. Some of my favorite sleepover activities were baking brownies, watching movies (we watched Clueless at my first sleepover) and playing Girl Talk! Of course, back when I was dragging my sleeping bag over to my friend's house, none of us had Hannah Montana gear. There's a chance she wasn't even born when I first starting attending slumber parties (something I'd rather not think about).
But enough reminiscing, slumber parties are the perfect way to spend a birthday from the ages of 7 or 8, all the way up to high school! Eating, (squealing) and sharing stories with your friends is not something you grow out of.
With so many adorable sleepover invitations, it's tough to choose just one! So break out the popcorn and send your invites out. This is a party kids of all ages can enjoy!
