I haven't always been a seafood lover. In fact, there was a time when you couldn't catch me near fishsticks! But now, I've grown to love it. Fish, sushi, shrimp, crab...you name it, I love it. The next big seafood meal on my list is lobster.
I recently had my first lobster experience at an Italian restaurant in North Carolina. My pasta was covered in a cream sauce with chunks of shrimp and lobster claw in it. It was delicious. I can't wait to get my hands on a pair of these claw crackers from Williams-Sonoma (maybe I'll register for them?) and throw a good old fashioned low country boil!
