What are travel/accommodation cards?

This is a common question that we receive from customers. Travel/Accommodation cards are a basic way to provide your guests travel and accommodation information for your event.  The names of the hotels and contact information should be listed, as well as group rate codes that your guests need to use when booking.

Another common question is when to include your travel/accommodation cards- with your save the date, or wedding invitation.  The answer is if you are having a destination wedding, you should include it with your Save the Date.  Otherwise, travel/accommodation cards should be included with your invitation.
